VISION

Indo Danish Tool Room shall be an internationally acclaimed Centre of Excellence in Design, Development & Training in Advanced Tooling Solutions. We shall pioneer technological excellence & innovation in Tool & Die Making & Precision Manufacturing & thereby be the technological partner of choice for micro, small, medium & large industries. We shall continuously invest in cutting-edge, futuristic technologies & improve our processes, core competencies, knowledge & skills to stay ahead in tool and die technology to meet the evolving industry demands and challenges.

MISSION

Indo Danish Tool Room shall:
  1. Act as a catalyst & mentor the technology transfer to micro, small, medium & large industries to ensure their sustainability & growth.
  2. Enhance the global competitiveness of micro, small, medium & large industries through design & development of automated tooling solutions & through precision manufacturing utilizing cutting-edge, futuristic technologies.
  3. Develop import substitutes in General Engineering, Defence & Steel sectors as part of Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
  4. Provide future ready skilled workforce & upskill the existing workforce of micro, small, medium & large industries in advanced tooling solutions & related areas including AI, ML, IIoT etc.
  5. Through continuous improvement in technologies, processes, core competencies, knowledge & skills, attain three fold increase in top line & six fold increase in bottom line in the next 5 years.

QUALITY POLICY

Indo Danish Tool Room, a Technology Centre of Excellence, is committed to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of customers (MSMEs, large industries, trainees) & all stakeholders by providing quality tooling, dies, moulds, precision manufacturing & skill development. This shall be met through the implementation of quality management systems conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

We shall endeavour to preserve the environment in view of global warming & climate change to save the flora & fauna by taking appropriate measures to mitigate pollution, adoption of cleaner & greener technologies, efficient use of resources and conservation of energy.

The health, safety, well-being, satisfaction & overall growth of our employees & trainees are of paramount importance & shall be a priority for Indo Danish Tool Room.

Through the implementation, monitoring & continual improvement of systems & processes, we shall meet & exceed the quality requirements of products & services in various sectors like General Engineering, Automobile, Aviation, Space, Defence etc.
